All services require a deposit.  All deposits will be applied to the scheduled service on the scheduled date.  All changes and cancellations must be done no later than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.  Deposits will not be refunded for any appointments that are changed or cancelled past the 48 hour window.  All “no show” appointments will subject a fee of 100% of the services scheduled.   All “no show” appointments can be rescheduled but the “no show” appointment fee of 100% must be paid in full before scheduling the next appointment. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the services scheduled.  Absolutely no refunds or credits will be given. 

NO additional guest are allowed during service appointments.  Children are not allowed unless services are being rendered and must be at the age of 8 years or older to do so.  Please arrive on time for your appointment.  If you are 15 minutes late, a $15 fee will be applied to your service.  30 minutes late will result in a $30 fee.  Arrivals after 30 minutes may be subjected to cancellation or a $50 or more fee may be applied to the service. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled services.  No show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled services.  Absolutely no refunds or credits will be given.

Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Within 48 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost.
